Immediate Termination: Services will be terminated immediately without refund in cases involving fraud, abuse, or illegal activities.
Additional Scenarios
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Breaches: Failure to meet agreed SLA metrics may qualify for a refund or credit toward future services.
Service Downtime: Refunds or credits may be issued for significant service downtime impacting service delivery.
Change in Service Requirements: Significant changes in service requirements not accommodated by Virtual Assistant Firms may qualify for a refund for the remaining contract period.
Prepaid Services: Refunds for prepaid services will be based on the unused portion, minus applicable fees for services rendered.
Exceptions to Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Services: Services already rendered or fees for initial setup, consultation, or administrative costs are non-refundable.
